Founded by farmer Matiu, Wonda produces small-batch ice cream using fresh local ingredients. In a category full of competing “premium” stories, the challenge was to stand out without losing authenticity. The concept embraces the idea that not everything needs explaining: real inputs & careful craft can create unexpectedly unreal flavour.
